Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LIST IQ, trading as ListIQ Pro(“we”, “us”), operates the ListIQ Pro website and application. Our registered address is 205/4, ListIQ Official, Daria, Chandigarh, Chandigarh 160101, India. For privacy enquiries, contact official@listiq-pro.com.

We are the data controller for personal data described in this policy, except where stated otherwise — notably payment data, for which our merchant of record acts as an independent controller.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — name, email address and password credentials when you register for the application.
• Product content you upload — product photographs, product descriptions, specifications and any other input you submit in order to generate a listing.
• Generated output — the listings, images and video produced from your inputs, held only until the automatic twelve-hour deletion described in section 8.
• Correspondence — messages you send to support.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, credits consumed, and timestamps.
• Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system and referring URL.

What we do not collect

We do not receive or store payment card details. Card data is handled entirely by our merchant of record, Paddle (see section 5). The free calculators on this website run entirely in your browser — nothing you enter into them is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

4. AI processing of your content

Generating a listing requires sending your product inputs to third-party AI model providers. This is core to how the service works and cannot be disabled while still using the generators.

Text is generated using Google Vertex AI (Gemini), Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, NVIDIA NIM. Product photographs are processed by Google Vertex AI (Imagen and Veo), Google Cloud Storage (generated media) to produce images and video.

We do not permit any of these providers to train on your data. Each is engaged under enterprise or commercial terms, and your product photos and text are sent solely to generate your output. We contract for that position rather than asserting what each vendor does internally, which is not something we can inspect.

One name is worth clarifying, because it reads as a contradiction otherwise: Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service is Microsoft, engaged under Microsoft’s enterprise terms and data protection agreement. It is a different legal entity from OpenAI, and we do not use OpenAI’s public API. We do not use Anthropic.

5. Payments and merchant of record

Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT and GST, issues invoices, and handles payment disputes and chargebacks.

Paddle processes your billing information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive only the subset needed to operate your account: your email address, the plan purchased, subscription status and country for tax purposes.

6. Sub-processors

We rely on the following categories of processor. This list must be kept current, and customers should be notified before a materially new processor is added.

• Payments and tax — Paddle.com Market Ltd (acting as merchant of record).
• Hosting and content delivery — Vercel (marketing site); Lovable Cloud (application).
• Database, authentication and file storage — Lovable Cloud (Supabase-based).
• AI text generation — Google Vertex AI (Gemini), Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, NVIDIA NIM.
• AI image and video generation — Google Vertex AI (Imagen and Veo), Google Cloud Storage (generated media).
• Transactional email — Resend.

We do not use a product analytics provider, an error-tracking provider, a session-replay tool or a support-chat widget. If any of that changes, this list will be updated and customers notified before the change takes effect.

7. International transfers

We operate globally, and your personal data may be processed outside the country you live in, including in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from your own. Where required, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

Application data is stored in primarily the United States. Our processors are established primarily in the United States. Where a transfer requires a safeguard, it is made under Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into that processor’s data processing terms.

8. How long we keep it

• Account data — for as long as your account is open. Deletion is request-driven: raise a request through our data deletion page and we complete it within 30 days of a verified request. Closing an account does not by itself trigger an automatic hard delete.
• Everything you generate — listings, images and video — deleted automatically 12 hours after generation. This is a hard deletion on a scheduled job, not an archive you can dig through later. ListIQ Pro is a generator, not a library: download your output before the twelve hours are up, because we cannot recover it afterwards and neither can you. It applies on every plan, paid ones included.
• Billing and tax records — retained for the period required by applicable tax and company law, being 8 yearsunder India’s Companies Act.
• Support correspondence — 24 months.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EU and UK have these rights under GDPR; residents of India have comparable rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act; residents of California have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.

To exercise any right, email official@listiq-pro.com. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

10. Cookies

This marketing website uses only cookies strictly necessary to serve the site. The application at app.listiq-pro.com uses additional cookies to keep you signed in.

The application sets one first-party cookie, which records whether you accepted or rejected the consent notice. It is strictly necessary for remembering that choice and carries no identifier used for tracking.

We run no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies — there is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session replay and no third-party tag manager on either the website or the application. If any of that is introduced, this section will be rewritten with a full cookie table and the consent notice extended to gate it.

11. Children

The service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular review of who can reach production data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the application before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
