One credit per listing, two per image
Every plan draws from the same credit pool. A listing includes the full field set the marketplace asks for — images are optional add-ons you choose per product.

FAQ
Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every ListIQ Pro plan is cancellable at any time from your account settings, and there is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops your next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
No. ListIQ Pro does not issue refunds on subscription payments. That is why the free plan is permanently available with 10 credits a month and no card required — you can generate real listings and judge the output before paying anything. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded still apply where local law grants them.
How long is my generated output kept?
Twelve hours from generation, then it is deleted automatically — listings, images and video alike, on every plan including Agency. There is no library and no archive; ListIQ Pro generates and you take the output away. Download or paste it into your marketplace before the window closes, because it cannot be recovered afterwards. Credits are consumed at generation, so an expired listing is one you have already paid for.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Monthly plan credits do not roll over — they reset at the start of each billing month. Pay-as-you-go top-up credits are different: those are stored separately and do carry forward until used. If you regularly finish the month with plan credits to spare, moving down a tier usually costs less than topping up.
What does one credit actually get me?
One credit generates one complete listing for one marketplace — title, description, bullet points, backend keywords, product details, and tax codes where required. Generating the same product for three marketplaces costs three credits. Product images are 2 credits each from six types: white background, lifestyle, infographic, lifestyle context, use case and promo banner. A listing with a white-background main image therefore costs 3 credits.
Is AI product video included in my plan credits?
No, on any plan including Agency. AI Product Video Studio draws on a separate video credit balance sold in its own one-time packs: 150 credits for $4.99, 450 for $14.99, or 1,500 for $39. They do not expire. One video costs 15 to 48 video credits depending on length and resolution, so the $4.99 pack is roughly three to ten videos. The Free plan includes zero video credits — a free user has to buy a pack to generate any video at all. Your monthly plan credits cover listings and product images only.
How much cheaper is annual billing?
Annual billing is 25% off the monthly rate, charged as a single payment for the year. Starter is $171 a year instead of $228, which works out at $14.25 a month. Pro is $441 a year, or $36.75 a month. Agency is $1,341 a year, or $111.75 a month.
Which marketplaces and countries are supported?
Six: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify and TikTok Shop. Amazon covers 20 country marketplaces and eBay 11, selected before generating and localised to that country; Walmart is US, Canada and Mexico only. 21 countries in total. No marketplace is gated by plan, though the free tier targets 2 marketplaces at a time against 4 on paid plans. ListIQ Pro gives you the finished listing to paste in — it does not publish to your marketplace account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and the new credit allowance is available straight away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep the credits you have already paid for. Switching between monthly and annual billing is handled the same way.
